Septic System Installations Built for West Texas Soil

New septic systems for single-family homes, mobile homes, barndominiums, and small commercial properties.

What We Install

Every property is different. We design and install septic systems that match your soil, layout, and long-term plans.

Conventional Septic Systems

Standard septic tank and leach chamber systems for most residential properties. Sized based on bedrooms, bathrooms, and soil type.

Mobile / Manufactured Home Septic

Complete septic systems designed specifically for single-wide, double-wide, and manufactured homes placed on rural land.

Barndominium & Shop House Septic

Custom-designed systems for barndominiums, shops with living quarters, and mixed-use buildings with unique layouts.

Multi-Home / Shared Systems

Systems designed for a house plus a trailer, or two homes sharing one septic system on the same property.

Tank Replacement

Replacement of failed, damaged, or undersized septic tanks with new, code-compliant tanks tied into your existing field where possible.

Dig Tests & Soil Evaluations

Dig tests to verify soil type, depth, and drainage so your system is designed correctly the first time and passes inspection.

How Our Installations Work

A clear, step-by-step process so you always know what’s happening on your property.

Step 1
Online estimate or call
We collect your basic info – bedrooms, bathrooms, home type, and location – to size your system and give you an initial estimate.
Step 2
Dig test
We perform a dig test to check your actual soil conditions, depth, and field layout so the design matches your property.
Step 3
Final design
We confirm tank size, chamber length, and layout based on your soil, house size, and county requirements.
Step 4
Permits
We handle the permit process with the local jurisdiction, so your system is fully TCEQ-compliant and inspected.
Step 5
Installation (1–2 days)
We install the tank, chambers, and all piping with proper slope, compaction, and access for long-term maintenance.
Step 6
Inspection & backfill
After inspection, we backfill to grade, clean up the site, walk you through the system, and make sure you’re ready to use it.
